    Better The Label is a conscious clothing brand designed for women who want to change the world by starting from within. Every piece is thoughtfully created to support inner alignment, outer beauty, and collective awakening.

    Where are your pieces made?
    All our pieces are ethically produced in Portugal in small batches, using natural and/or organic materials wherever possible.

    What does “The Awakening” collection mean?
    Our first collection, The Awakening, is a tribute to women remembering their power. Each piece is designed to feel like a second skin — minimal, intentional, and deeply aligned.

  • How do I know my size?
    Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us at info@betterthelabel — we’re happy to help you find the right fit.

    Can I make changes to my order?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible at info@betterthelabel.

    Will items be restocked?
    Our collections are limited-edition and made in small runs to reduce waste. Some pieces may be restocked based on demand, but not all — so if you love something, we recommend acting quickly.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout, based on your shipping location.
    You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.

    Do I have to pay customs duties?
    If you’re ordering from outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA), customs or import duties may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes — if you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    Do you offer exchanges?
    At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
