Shipping
We currently ship within Portugal and to select international destinations at a flat-rate fee. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our studio within 1–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Returns
If your item isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

To initiate a return, email us at info@betterthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit — just let us know your preference.

Exchanges
Need a different size or prefer another item? We're happy to help.

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must meet the same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, with tags). To request an exchange, email us at info@betterthelabel.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange it for.

Please note:

  • Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund instead
